We are considered out of network with most insurance carriers.

Payment is collected at the time of service.  After each visit, you will be given a superbill with corresponding codes selected by your therapist for your treatment plan.  The superbill along with your payment receipt can be submitted by you to your insurance carrier in order to request reimbursement.

Our team is committed to your overall health, so your appointment begins even before you arrive.

We've selected one of the most reliable sleep screening methods in the world for you to take prior to your arrival, in addition to the standard health questions and your personal information. This helps you to complete the screener at your leisure, in the comfort of your own home (you can start and stop the screener so you can get the information you need to properly answer the questions).

We also find it beneficial to ask about your breathing habits using a different set of questions.

These questionnaires are intended to assist our therapist in determining how best to assist you with any underlying health problems.

Our staff and therapist will welcome you when you arrive for your appointment. During your Initial test, you will be asked a series of questions, images, measurements, and exercises.

You will be given all of the materials necessary to learn the exercises so that you can continue to practice between visits.

We provide you with plenty of motivation to remain on track, as well as fantastic motivational prizes to aim for.

Please be advised to inquire of your insurance carriers to see if they offer GAP or one-time exceptions in order for you to be seen outside of their own network.  

Most carriers offer these exceptions however, you must ask first.

You may be required to provide a letter of necessity.  In that case, please ask the referring provider for a letter of necessity.  We can prepare a letter of necessity if requested, however, only after determining your treatment plan and the Initial exam.

Our therapists are neither Speech Therapists nor Physical Therapists.   Insurance representatives, however, seem to identify reimbursement coverage for our patients under those codes so please mention this to any insurance representative you speak with.

If the GAP extension or the one-time exception is approved by your insurance carrier they should offer one of the following scenarios:

Approval for a certain number of visits to be carried out within a specified period of time.
Example: Approval of 10 visits within 4 months

OR

Approval for a certain number of months to carry out weekly visits. 
Example: Approval of weekly visits within a 4 month period of time

If you are approved for a GAP or One Time Exception please be aware of what you have been approved for so that you can discuss a plan of action with your therapist.

COVERAGE IS DEPENDENT UPON THE PLAN YOU HAVE SELECTED AS A SUBSCRIBER, HOWEVER, PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO INQUIRE AS MANY DO FIND REIMBURSEMENT.
