My academic journey took me to the University of Nebraska Medical Center, where I graduated in 2011 with a B.S. in Dental Hygiene. With a decade of experience in dental hygiene, I've developed a deep understanding and expertise in areas like clenching, gum recession, mouth-breathing, and malocclusion.

• Passion for Therapy: My passion lies in identifying and addressing the root causes of these oral health issues. As someone who personally dealt with clenching and mouth-breathing, I've experienced the transformative power of proper tongue posture and the training of oral cavity muscles.

• Personal Experience: As a mother of three, I've seen the incredible benefits of therapy in my own children. It has significantly improved their sleep, breathing, and overall oral development. Witnessing these life-changing results fuels my enthusiasm in my work.

• Life Beyond Work: Colorado has always been my home. Growing up on a mountain ranch instilled within me a profound love for the outdoors in our picturesque state.When I'm not working, I cherish my time with my husband and three children. Cooking, walking, caring for our farm animals, and mountain biking are some of the activities that bring joy to my life.
